Hey Everyone,
We will be running Pontiac Sluice and Heartbreak Ridge on Saturday February 1st, but we are going to get there a little different than usual. We will enter off of the 247 and run Dixie Mine Road to 2n02 then on to Pontiac and Heartbreak Ridge, this will make it a little bit longer of a run but it will be awesome. We will meet at the Valero Gas Station in Yucca Valley, the address is 1160 Old Woman Springs Road (hwy 247) Yucca Valley, 92284. We will meet there at 800 am and leave by 815 or so. This trail is a moderate trail, good tires and a lift will get you through no problem. We will have lunch on the trail so make sure you have food and water for the day. Also, make sure you have enough fuel. Could get a bit cold so make sure you dress in layers. Afterwards we will head over to the Hacienda Grill for down time. Hope everyone can make it, its going to be alot of fun! I am going to to be Jeepless for this run so Tami and I are going to need to hitch a ride!

Hey Everyone,

The run for tomorrow is till on. We might hit some snow and it might be a little wet but we should be able to get through ok. We might have to by pass Heartbreak Ridge if the snow and ice are too bad, we will figure that out when we get to it. So, I will see everyone at the meeting spot! woohoo! :pepper:
