Windshield washer or radiator overflow? Guessing the washer bottle. The one on my 04 is relocated to where the cruise control assy would be, mounted on the inner fender.

Others have used a plastic bottle you can find at some parts stores for radiator overflow and adapted the pump assy to it.

JJ, whats that copper colored cylinder with the red ends between your battery and alternator? It looks aftermarket of course, but what is it?

That is the harmonic trifibulator. Gets me an extra 150 HP and 25 MPG uphill w/ a headwind. Yeah I know,
But seriously, it is an on-board hot water shower system. That cylinder is the heat exchanger assy.

you can make a hot water shower assembly like that alot cheaper than buying the kit, my dad and I put one on his CJ 5 just have to buy the copper and adapters

Lemme get this straight. So that thingy allows you to input a hose running cold water while you have the engine on to warm it up inside that cylinder so you can output the water to a shower for when you go on the trail?? Or is it like a hot water windshield wiper spray?

I'm really noob at this offroad stuff, but you guys seem like you have some cool toys.

Yes, a hot water shower for taking showers on the trail when wheeling. It uses an RV style pump system to pressurize the water.

My Libby has the cruise control in that area. Where else can it be relocated to?

Pep boys radiator overflow in 11/2 quart size fits that spot with cruise.

Yep, it fits like a glove. Here are some pics of one installed in my KJ(don't mind the electrical tape, used it to hold the pump in place while the expoxy was drying and never took it off).

Seems like the 2008 model doesn't have this issue.

It looks like the second generation doesn't have a snorkle like the first generation.

I'm guessing it's run behind the headlight like the CRD. That engine bay sure looks tighter than the KJ's.

I've been looking for a solution for a while, but theres precious little space under the hood.

Most places I've considered, would only have room for a very small reseviour.
