check engine lite comes on after gas fill-up

I have had this problem for over a year, dealer can not fix it. Almost every time I fill up the check engine light comes on. it will reset after about 5-8 engine on/off cycles. If I only put in 3/4 tank of gas, the lite does NOT come on. I do not have the code number, any help?
The gas cap has been replaced. The only code is U1411, can't fine anywhere. Auto Zone said to check with dealer.

The only time I ever heard of that was due to a lose gas cap. But since you replaced yours.. I dunno

I took the jeep to another dealer last week. They said they fixed a couple of loose grounds under the dash? I have fill the tank twice and the problem has NOT come back. I will keep my fingers crossed. It was happening 9 out of 10 times for the last year. The other dealer kept replacing parts that didn't fix anything.
