I came acrss a 02 front axle for a wrangler, so I was wondering if I would also have to swap the rear axle to match the front. so what size is the rear end in my liberty?

So you are doing a SFA? A lot of things come into play...what gear ratios are in the front axle, what gear ratio do you want to run with what size tires ....but best to go to the SFA section and start from there.

yea, Im doing the SFA but really I dont know what all I need to do it. Im going to run 35 swampers just because they are in my garage, the axle came with an arb air locker and I have front skyjacker coils that came with the axle I think they are 9" lift coils, I got the axle and coils from a guy that went full size on his wrangler. I dont know what the gear ratio is.

If youre going 35s then I would start hunting for a rear axle as well, have you read everything over on the SFA posts? A whole lot to do, and lots of $$$$$$$$$$
