my engine light came ontonight on the way home. I did the on-off cycle 3 times worked for me. anyways..I pulled the code P0573 the Diagnostic Trouble Code for OBD II says its a Cruise Control/Brake Switch A Circuit High. Now I don't have cruise control so i'm assuming that its a brake switch. can anyone tell me what that is ? please and thank you |

Pull the knee bolster panel, driver side under steering wheel. You'll see the switch on a bracket near the top of the brake pedal. I had the same thing happen on a 2000 mile trip last month. It came back on before I got home and haven't had a problem with it since. |
