| Post subject: | Cannot afford new PARTS FOR MY cracked CRD HEAD, , |
TOOK MY CRD head off, machine shop says it is cracked. Cannot afford all the new belts , pumps, gaskets and bolts as well as a new head. Cannot find one used near Boulder / Denver. No credit , just some cash. Anyone have a crd head to sell.??? Or a package deal on head kit. ? Or low milage water pump ? Anyone know if you can weld a crack in alluminum head.? In a bind.! Need my work vehicle back. Makaan |

You should post this in the Love that Torque section. I got my used head from http://www.vmdieselspecialist.com/ in England. But dont expect them to be fast at processing the order and getting it shipped  Again, post this in the Love that Torque section. It will get more views and reply's. And we can ask you more questions about the details and circumstances of your repair. |
