OK guys. Here is a copy of the by-laws that we put together. This is in a word.doc format so you can make changes to it. You will need to change the header for your own club, the dues you want to charge, and other things like that. You can make changes to best fit your club so these can be used for guidlines. if you need me to make a pdf copy of them after you have made your changes just drop me an email with them attached and I will convert it to a PDF format for you.
