Ed V and I will be out in El Mirage scouting out a new trail on Sunday, 10/1. Anyone interested can meet us out there at around 0830 at the Mountain View Rd. entrance area off of El Mirage Rd.

It sounds like it has some challenging spots so come prepared with at least one traction aid/locker, lift, etc. and the apropriate safety equipment, recovery points.

Bring food and drinks (non-alcoholic & no Glass) for lunch on the trail.

Ed & I had a good time wheelin' in some nice cloudy weather out in the High Desert. Decent, easy trail w/ moderate spots mixed in. Good place for a Fall/Winter/Spring run and would be cool for a clear sky, Full moon night run. Here is a link for more info and pics:
