Got my tow hooks today and installed them, just had to run all over to get them (Palm Springs to Yucca Valley to Poway and back). Have A/T's just no lift yet so I should be ok. Hope to see you all there.

I wanna go so bad. Just bought some new MTR's. I "told" my wife that I was going. It didn't go over so well. Please have a great time without me.

Well sorry to say that I will not be able to attend after all. The wifes Honda died this week and I need to put a new Trans in it. So I am not going to have the funds for fuel and such this weekend. Maybe ill get a chance to go on the next Trail in my area. Have fun and be safe :)

Hey gang,

Who is going on this run? How many? For those interested, I am going to run Gold Mountain after we finish White Mountain. I will be meeting a couple of folks at the firestation in Fawnskin around Noon. I don't think we will be on White Mountain very long. I am told it's only a couple of hours.

Is there another name for the White Mountain trail? I can not find it in my offroad book.

Thanks,

FWIW, WHen I said couple I meant around 3 or so, not 2. Just so ya know.
It is a long-ish trail just not difficult.

3N17, but other trails lead to it. It is the main trail described on the Sidekick off road map for Big Bear lake.

Oh I now have a 50/50 chance of going I will find out tomorrow. The dinner and a movie thing should work great JJ  . I was wondering if we could hit Ord Mt. like we did on the Hangover crawl in Jan. Also very scenic and on the way to White Mt. I would love to hit Gold Mt. if possible it is probably my favorite trail on the hill. That is if I can go of course.

It cost me a dinner and a movie w/ my beautiful wife  . Sounds like a good trade to me. I win all around unless it is a chick flick

Thinking about it but the heat might win. The xj runs hot, even more when it is 100 degrees out. Even on the Hang Over Crawl, she did bad. Well see.
