Well we spent another great day in the Mojave Desert at Last Chance cyn. Weather was beautiful except for the windier areas we stopped but at least it didn’t rain on us and the sun was warm. More than half of the group had never been to LCC before so that made it cool. the ones that had been there were surprised that the trail seemed more “difficult” but more Fun too!
We started out w/ 8 in our group and on the way in we stumbled upon a Jeep having a tough time getting through a spot so he ended up joining us until he found a easy trail back to the fwy.

LCC has lots of Hills to play on!

I have never heard so much nervous laughter as when Kelly was overcoming her fear of heights to tackle this hill. What a riot but she did great.

More hills leading up to the highest point in the run @ about 4500’

Windy as heck up there but great views.

Looks like you guys had fun and what a beautiful day. I just got back from a wedding in Vegas and was snowing coming up the grade at state line this morning at about 900am first time I ever seen snow in Vegas. I saw several jeeps and rock buggies on trailers going to Moab.

Great pics....
how did the SFA performed?
Isnt it that this was the first time the SFA saw trails?

Worked well. Went through the wedgie w/out lockers since I have not put power to my compressor yet. Rode great and felt great all day. This was it's first real trip other than just goofing off in Calico w/ no real actual wheeling and a short trip up an off camber hill climb here in town. So far so good, I'm happy. :D

Was a great trip! I'll have my pics up this weekend sometime.

JJ's SFA did great on the trail (not that it was especially hard) but he sure made it look easy. Was really cool seeing him go through the v-notch. I sure missed a great opportunity to scrape my KJ up some more there. All in all was a good way to spend time and sure was a pretty area to do it in.
