What a horrible day. I got a stomach flu bug from some where. 1st I thought it might be food poisoning from the Fire House, but I didn't start feeling bad until around 8 am this morning. I've been doing helicopters all day. Anyone else sick today. |

Anyone else sick today. I've been fine. My kids have had the stomach flu bug last week. I've haven't yet. |

From what I've heard it only lasts a couple of days, but it's a nasty couple of days.....sorry Burchie

Make sure you drink plenty of fluids (No, not beer!) 
You'll have a couple of s#!tty days, then you'll feel better. |
