Hungry Valley OHV park near Gorman Cali.

They have a nice training area where you can brush up on your skills or learn new ones. jpzkj & I spent a few hours out there today just to get out and get some fresh air.

Then we went looking for Miller Jeep trail to find it closed until Labor day weekend...took out our frustration on a puddle.... :D

Spent some time exploring around the cool canyon river where the water crossing is on the way to MJT (near where the road was closed off)

Gotta get back to that area to explore. Lots of easy trails to play around on and great scenery.
Fun times!

That's a cool looking river.
Any camping in that area?

Too bad MJT was closed.
Seems as though every time we try to run it, something happens to prevent it.

The river was on the way to MJT, it flowed over the road so you would have to cross it to continue. too bad about the closure.
NIce little CG right up the road from where the river and mud puddle was. It is nice and secluded but has a pit toilet. Would be perfect if a group could get there before anyone else stole the spots.

You know it looks like there's a perfectly good road to the left?

Looks like you had lots of fun. I did everything there with my stock KK, well all but the rocky areas.
