POSTPONED- El Mirage Fearless' Folly trail

This is a moderate/ difficult trail located in the El Mirage area Northwest of the 18/395 intersection.

For a built KJ or stock Jeep it would be difficult in spots (bypasses possible but uncertain) but easy/moderate on most of the trail. There is one section I am hearing is real tough but it is an optional side trail (Snoopys gulch) that the more built rigs will run. I do believe the trails meet back up w/ one another. (will confirm and plan accordingly)

We will plan on meeting up in the park area around 0900, hitting the trail at 0930 and spending several hours out there.

Now here is the catch, It costs $15 just to get into the area these days But I have some free passes (6)

I need a firm headcount from this forum as I will be offering up a couple passes to the High Desert 4 Wheelers group too. Please post if you will be there.

Ok, thats a all I can get free passes for. Anyone else is welcome to come but you will have to pay to wheel there. Last I checked it was $15 for the day. (which is Crazy!)

Well I can't make this one afterall...just found out I will be out of the country over that weekend..JJ hope you can get my pass to someone else..sorry guys I really wanted to go to this but will be hard to commute from Asia

UPDATE:

Looks like I have a couple drop-outs so I currently have 2 passes available.
PLMK asap if you can make it or not so I make sure these passes get used. Also, if anyone wants to invite someone, go for it.

Hey folks!

I'm going to postpone this run due to cancelations and such, we will try another time. The passes expire Sept. 26th so we will plan a run before then or use them for another location.

Sorry if that screws up anyones plans. I could use another weekend at home anyway taking care of other stuff that needs my attention.

See everyone on the 13th for out AAT run. (anyone interested in trying 2n17x that day? :wink:
