BEEEEE-UTIFUL day on the trail!
We had 13 4x4's on the Cleghorn trail. We had Jeeps, Toyotas, a Chevy, and an Mitsubishi (IIRC). It was a great mix of vehicles and fun to watch them out doing what they were made for.
We spent a couple hours on Cleghorn which included a couple tougher sections where there was some carnage. An XJ lost both front axle u-joints and had to be strapped up part of the trail. It did finish the day under it's own power and made it home. The trails were in good condition and the weather couldn't have been better. Though I didn't think to get pics of them, the trees were still showing their fall colors along the Pilot Rock trail which was nice to see. 12 vehicles continued on to run Pilot rock. A few rigs tackled 2N17X while the rest stayed on 2N33. (looking forward to those pics)
