Hey guys...

I just wanted to share my experience with STAR JEEP in Glendale.


Rusnak in Pasadena gave us the "everything's within spec" and sent us on our way after being a little crappy about the lift and tires.

Star in Glendale replaced the Upper control arms and the Rack n Pinion under extended warrenty with no grief about the Lift at all....NONE...not even a mention of it.


Just in case you need it....I'd give them a try.

AVOID HUNTER JEEP IN LANCASTER AT ALL COSTS!!! PM me for details if needed.

I have no idea ...They said somthing about one of the sockets having to much play. I noticed some looseness/noise when going over expansion joints and the like. I did the "ball joint" test and the wheel moved inward a good 1/2" at the 12 and 6 position and I could see the upper ball joint physically move. Thats what got me to take it in...but I didn't expect the Rack n Pinion replacement.

KJ drives like new now though :)

We bought our Jeep down in Rancho after we bought our lift. When we asked about the warranty they told us they could only guarantee a warranty if they installed the lift. That was over 2 years ago so things might have changed.

Has anyone had experience with Norm Reeves in Temecula? Are they lift friendly?
