Our club had an AAT work day yesterday Aug.14th, we had six club members come out to work. We cleaned out many culverts, so that rain water & snow melt will travel down these drains and not wash the road out. We picked up trash and cleared out some brush that was making the road too narrow or not visible for others. We were able to cover up two boulders with spray paint that been graffitti'd. We almost have three miles of trail completed! We still have more culverts to clear out and a only a spot or two of brushing left. Then we will be taught how to repair fencing and we will need to get out our winches to remove/replace some stuff. Thanks goes out to Annette, Dan, Eddy, Bob and Jean who worked so hard and did an awesome job! BTW, I hope everyone will get to meet our newest members, Bob and Jean.Welcome! We had a total of 60 volunteer hours yesterday. If anyone would post pictures that would be great. Hope to see everyone at the next AAT work Day on Sept.11th.
