Post subject:  Big Bear Run: SUNDAY Aug 29
Lost jeepers and Family members are invited to attend a trip back in time and place.

Meeting at Big Bear Discovery Center Sunday 8-29 at 0830, leaving at 0900 returning at 1630.

This is a good opportunity to see the back country of Big Bear Valley and upper Santa Ana River Valley

We'll be exploring upper Metcalf Meadows, Deer Meadows, Grandview Point, Clark's Grade, Clark's Ranch, Deer Creek, Bear Creek, Frontline Road, Mile Creek, Hamilton Creek, Radford Truck Trail into Moonridge and beyond!

The difficulty rating will be easy to moderate requiring a stock four wheel drive vehicle.

Please bring lots of food, a full tank of gasoline, water, sunscreen, CB radio, maps, camping chairs, binoculars and a camera.

We'll be getting out of the vehicles a few times for short walks to overlooks, clean ups and other points of interest. Please post if you are joining in on this run.

I need one small favor from anyone who is attending this run since it's part of AAT. If your name, address and emergency contact hasn't been submitted to the Club's Roster could you please PM it to me. This is required through the USFS and the Adopt A Trail Program.Thank you, Kelly.
