More details will be available soon: If anyone is going to stay at the Avi Casino, you may want to book soon. There was only 10 rooms left. There's a classic car event that weekend. http://www.avicasino.com/

Here is a map to the trail head, and where those of us that are going to camp will be camping at.

GPS Cords:
+35° 3' 15.77", -114° 41' 9.56"

http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8& ... 7&t=h&z=14

Communications:

CB: 27
2 Meter: 146.525

Repeaters: (unconfirmed to be linked)
Ludlow 147.285 + 151.4
Barstow 147.780 + 151.4
Newberry Springs 146.100 - 151.4

I would say meet there 8:30 and be ready to leave no later than 9am...
Remember that if you are staying with someone to be on the correct time zone with AZ a few miles away cellphones like to decide what time zone you are on.

What To Bring:
    * Good Spare tire
    * Extra Drinking Water
    * 5 Gallons Fuel (optional)
    * Food for two days
    * Sunscreen
    * Camera

We will decide where to camp saturday night sometime saturday depending on how far we make it saturday.

Yes it is Jeff, can you go? Greg and I are going to stay at Avi Friday nite and meet up on the trailhead Sat a.m. Also Ed and Andrew will be staying at Avi. Tim and Andy are going, and Max is bringing some friends. That's all I know of so far.

Hi! You are welcome to go with us! It is great to have new people join in. What area are you from? Have you been on any of the lost runs? A few of us are staying at the Casino Avi Friday night and then meeting up with the group at the trail head on Saturday morning. I think a couple people will be camping near the trail head Friday nite also, but I'm waiting for them to confirm that. I have at least 6 rigs confirmed for this run. We will be camping Saturday nite. There is a post with a list of things you should bring. We have a smaller Lost Jeeps forum besides this one, http://lostjeeps.pro-forums.com/ So you can also look at that one as well. I will send you a PM with my email and you are welcome to contact me if you have any questions. Kelly

Your KJ will be fine on these trails. We'll look for you at the Casino. Make sure you fill up on fuel & have plenty of food and water. Of course camping gear, clothing for whatever tempertures it may be there and a bundle of firewood for Saturday nite. Also I would recommend first aid kit, recovery gear and good spare tire.
