Call to order: The meeting took place at Sizzler 1401 N Harbor Blvd, Fullerton, Ca-
Meeting began at 12:40pm.

Topics of Discussion were presented to attending members with open floor during meeting for comments and questions.

Wally Crandall welcomed members and guest that joined us for the 2015 Annual Paid Member Meeting.
Items discussed during the meeting were as follows:

#1 – Membership- Currently we have 51 paid members. 2 of those we picked up this year.
Topic opened for discussion on how we need to grow the club and they way we do the current submission and acceptance of new members.
After reviewing the current submission process it was determined by vote of the attending members, that the Membership committee would be dissolved beginning January 2016.
New submissions will be handled by the Clubs secretary position. Secretary will be responsible to respond to new submission email inquiry. Email to include but not limited to: Welcoming and thanking person for their interest in the club. Information regarding our next event, including requirements if noted in that event. How to reach us if they have further questions or concerns before coming out to the run. It was agreed once the person comes out to the run, we can then let them know about the requirements to join the club; 2 club function minimum to be voted into the club, how much annual dues are, how AAT works, where to get more information on upcoming runs and events with the club, By-laws, Safety requirements, etc.
Items addressed during discussion:
· 2 club function will included: 2 Runs, 1 Run & 1 Meet and Greet, 1 Run and AAT workday.
· Is there a cap on membership? Response: No
· Do we want Internet members? Response: No we want active members that come out and support club activities.

#2- Club Public Facebook Page- Topic opened for discussion to change the PIN POST on the page. PIN POST will be rewritten to a more friendly post on how to come out for runs and events. It will also address how to become a member of LOST JEEPS SOCAL.

#3- Membership Dues- Topic opened for discussion to retain the current amount of $25.00 for annual dues. Annual dues are $25.00-per person/Jeep a year (January – December) Members voted to remove the annual CORVA membership from next years membership renewal fees. Members were advised that if they wanted to support CORVA on their own the would need to go to their website and pay the CORVA membership directly to them. Renewal of Club membership will begin January 1, 2016. All annual membership dues expire on December 31st of each year.

#4- Club Events- Remaining events for 2015 and upcoming events for 2016 were announced. A list of events can be found on both the Lost Jeeps SoCal Facebook Page and LJSC Paid Member Facebook Page under the “Files” tab. Look for PDF File Lost Jeeps SoCal Events. Rick “Schultz” Schultheiss said he would like to hold a Meet & Greet Pot Luck at his home next year. Date to be decided.

#5- Adopt A Trail (AAT)- Leroy Baca, AAT Liaison, provided a report of the Clubs accomplishments with AAT for the year.
A CPR First aid class was sponsored and we had several of our members become certified. Lost Jeeps came in First Place with over 3300 hours work on the SBNF Trails. Lost Jeeps donated $866.21 to KOPL this year. Funds were received through the following activities: 50/50 Raffles $284.00, Go Fund for KOPL-Fundraiser event on Facebook $457.21 and Lost Jeeps Safari in Ouray, CO raffles $125.00.

The following members received recognition for their Cumulative Lifetime hours:
Over 250 hours for fiscal 2015: Will Gallimore 294.75, Leory Baca 333
Over 500 hours for fiscal 2015: Tami Riviera 540.25, Wally Crandall 550.75
Milestone Hours Over 100 hours for fiscal 2015: Zack Whelan 106.5, Freddie Morlett 108, Tonya Clark 120.25, Leroy Baca 135, Wally Crandall 137, Tami Riviera 141.5, Kelly Hoffman 151, Rene Morlett 158.75

Top AAT person for the year: This person went to 19 AAT events. We would like to present to this person an AAT t-shirt and a set of the coveted and hard to get AAT Magnetic Placards to Richard Clark for 171.75 hours.
I would like to thank all of our AAT participants for their contributions this fiscal year and my first year as AAT Liaison we had a total of 3317 hours worked and won first place with most hours worked out of all the AAT clubs in the forest. We had 2198 hours last year.

HAM Radio License: We have 22 members that are licensed ham operators and had several people become newly licensed Ham operators this year:
Ozzie Rodriguez, Sean Krignaum, Andy Brown, Karen Barnett, Doug Barnett
Non-Paid Member Donald Garcia
Topic open for discussion to have Lost Jeeps set up a HAM Radio class. Wally said he would look into the cost of the class and advise club of information.

Leroy addressed Mark’s question about how individual hours were accumulated and Leroy explained how he tracks hours on a spreadsheet for each person. Leroy has records from 2011 to present.

#6- Elections- Elections for the Club Officer positions for 2016 will be held in December 2015. Nominations ballots along with a list of qualified paid members will be sent via email in the next couple of weeks. Misty Baca will format the nominations on Survey Monkey and paid members will be emailed the form for nominations and then elections.

#7- Trail Leader- Wally discussed that anyone in the club can set up a run and lead it. Member just needs to provide run information to Wally or Leroy and they will prepare the event on Facebook.

#8- Treasure Report- Misty Baca presented the Club’s Treasure Report:

Totals Funds Collected $2,746.84
Member Dues, CORVA Dues, T-shirt Money, Ouray Raffle, Fundraiser Ouray for KOPL

Total Funds Paid out: $1,880.80
Banners, T-shirts, Event Food, Camp Reservation, Annual Web Hosting Fee

Ending balance as of 11/6/15 $866.04
#9- LOST Jeeps Swag- T-Shirts, Jackets and Hats! Wally is looking into a new design for the next run of Club T-shirts. Should have a design back from the supplier in the next few weeks. Hats will be part of the next order as well. Club Jacket design samples will be posted early next year and cost will be determined by how many jackets are ordered. Wally will post link for the jacket for everyone to check out. Next run of banners will take place after the first of the year. Club will stock up on White Banners for future sales. Other colors can be ordered during the run of banners. Link will be provided for colors.

#10- 4 Wheel to Heal – Wally explained how 4 Wheel to Heal (4W2H) is dedicated to taking wounded and disabled veterans, from all branches of military service, to off-roading events. These events involve four wheeling, rock crawling, mud bogging, shooting and camping. Their mission is to boost morale for these veterans and give them an experience they will never forget. Lost Jeeps has proudly offered our Facebook page to 4W2H to post their upcoming events and encourage members to support their events when possible.

After all topics were discussed, Wally asked if anyone had any other items to bring up. Will Gallimore reminded everyone about the 2nd Annual Lost Jeeps SoCal Christmas Party on December 19, 2015. Information is on the LJSC Paid Membership Facebook page and a reminder with required RSVP email has gone out to club members. Rick “Schultz” Schultheiss recognized Wally Crandall for all his hard work as President during the year how much it is appreciated. No additional topics were brought up to be discussed.

Meeting was adjourned at 1:59pm.
