UPDATE 7/19!! Please read! KJ WEST club dues are due

KJ WEST Dues are DUE!

We will be accepting KJ WEST RENEWAL dues 6/27 - 7/22.
Existing members dues for 2005/2006 are $24.

WE would like to get everyone on the same schedule for dues, so we will be asking new members that joined recently for prorated dues. (those that joined prior to June 05)

We will be sending out renewal notices in the mail w/in the next week. (all notices should mail out on Friday, July 1st) The notice will include what you owe and an addressed, stamped envelope to return your payment in.

We would prefer personal checks made out to: John Mathys w/ "KJ WEST DUES" in the memo field.

An email will also be sent out as a reminder in the next few days. Please let us know if you have changed your email address recently.

FYI, All dues notices mailed out on Saturday, so expect them in the next few days. PLEASE mail them in right away so we can get this finished.

i wrote the check out last night but forgot to put it in the mail today so it'll go out friday and you should have it saturday, maybe monday.

i don't know though, that $14 prorated fee really puts a cramp in my style :wink:

I'll send mine when I get a chance. I check my mail once a month (you think I'm kidding....) So mine might be later than most, but go ahead and stick me on whatever schedule you guys have and I'll send it ASAP. Doing my mail run Wednesday if all goes to plan (which the plan is pretty much non-existent lately, so here's hoping).

Hey John,

We definately will continue as KJWest members, Pam will be sending out a check Monday, but be aware, they still use the Pony Express out here until they reach the California border, so it might take a few days.
