Guys, for those interested, I am planning on Pre-Running the

Dishpan Springs/Deep Creek Trail on Saturday July 8th.


This will be close enough to the L.O.S.T. in BB event to get an idea of what to expect.

Minimum Vehicle requirements

At least 1 locker (2 preferred)
Tow recovery points
Matching Full Size spare
Skids, etc...

and the usual other stuff

I would like to prerun with a small group of relatively prepared rigs.

Dinner will be at my house later that day and Maybe onSunday we cango a play somewhere


I would like to meet at the Discover Center NO LATER than 8:00 for an 8:30 PROMPT departure.

We will be driving to Arrowhead and running the trail uphill from west-east and will be exiting at rim of the world down into Fawskin.

Should be fun and we can get an idea of who/what should attend the trail run on the Big Day.

I am in! Is there a place closer to Arrowhead we can meet? I hate driving to the other side of Big Bear and turning around and driving back.

Robert you could meet us over at arrowbear around green valley road area around 8:30 or so.. that should do it, just hang at that gas station and you will probably see us crusing by..

I just figured that most people were staying in big bear so discovery center was easies

Heather and I are going to meet Wally in Lake Arrowhead at the 76 at Hook Creek Road at about 8:30am :)

You guys are going up the trail correct?? Let us know!
