Is "Badin Lake" a small part of UNF?

Looks like there are lots of trails to explore. We'll be sure to go up there when it gets a tad warmer, in April probably. I have many weeks of vacation saved up so maybe we'll spend a week up there :)

I'll take a closer look, but it doesn't look like anything new.

Yes, Badin lake is part of UNF.

BTW, we usually stay at Arrow Head campground, which has a boat ramp.
The campground has a bathhouse, with hot water. It's car camping there, so not too rough. You can camp almost anywhere on the OHV trails.

Badin Lake is the section where the OHV trails are.

You would pull your hair out with boredom if you tried to spend a week there. A weekend actually tends to get old with me, and I was never as big as yours.

Official opening is still April 1st.

We should start seeing when we can do a run, I wouldn't probably be able to do it with Nic, he's too wild and would piss everyone off if I tried to wrestle him into a car for 10 hours a day...

The map is an updated and higher resolution version of all the trails, the only potential change I see is in a section of the Falls Dam, but since I haven't been out there in three years, a change shouldn't be too unexpected.

I'll go with you guys around that time.

I take it Nic is your son, redwolf? Maybe he'll be competition for my Turbo and Nitro. They are 5 and 2.

A weekend will do then?

I'm toying with the idea of coming, so lets set a date and start a sign up list.

Yep, Nic is my son. He is 3 1/2, and about all I can handle as single dad type guy. We totally have to get them together!

UNF is fun, I can hardly wait to see how the new cadillac handles it...

Any dates suggested yet??

My schedule is going to be funky or the next 3 months so the more time I have to plan the better for me.

Should we make this the Fools Run? If so then that would be the weekend of March 30th to April 1st. In all honesty, I would rather go to a park for the Fools Run.
