Is there an organization in North Carolina that hooks up underprivileged kids with offroaders to take them for a day at the beach / mountain?

Um, this isn't NYC.
It would seem that the underprivileged kids in NC actually live at the beach or in the mountains. I mean, yes there are some here in Raleigh, but the poor counties are in the sand hills and in the appalachia.
