Looks like there is quite a few of us LOST in the area. I haven't heard from any of the active Carolina LOST members, but I am sure we could get some trail rides in the first couple of months of 06

I am in North Charleston.. On the coast.. But I think I can make a run to Uwharrie on a weekend.. My Libby is stock.. First mod is going to be new tires.. I hate these Goodyear SR-A... I want some meaty BFG AT KO like on my YJ...

Just a suggestion, you might want to get a lift before you make the trip. We went to Uwharrie stock and were very restricted by the choice of trails. Don't want to drive all that way and not be able to have fun!

I am installing a 2" spacer lift next week. That should give me enough lift to have a little fun.

Yeah, I know, but we are going to keep it stock for the first year as we are going to be doing some road trips... Then we are going to do a lift next year.. We are also going to upgrade the tires, and put on some rock rails... I know I will be limited with it being stock.. But I like to see how it does stock then I have a base to go by after I do my lift... As for fun.. Fun is where you find it.. :D Just going on a run and getting away is what I am looking forward too... This past year was from.. Well.. You know.. LOL.. My company bought a new building.. We moved (400 users, 30 servers, all new phone system, etc)... Then my mother in law passed away.. We ended up moving into her house... I have moved twice this year... It is Jeeping time for me.. LOL.. ROFL.. LMAO.. Ok.. Don't call the funny farm yet...

Hello Everyone! I'm in the Richmond, VA area and looking forward to some beach driving and some stocker friendly trails. Santa brought my new Destination ATs and so far I love them. They are awesome in rain and I can't wait to try them out in the snow and on the beach. By springtime I hope to have MOPAR skids.

I'm hoping to travel a bit this year so getting out to different places and meeting people will be fun. I'm a newby to the Jeep world and am looking forward to enjoying the 4x4 Jeep experience.

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year everyone.

Looks like things are starting back up for the group.

We can start looking at starting up some on-line meetings to get things going.

Thoughts?

We usually use group chat from Yahoo IM.

Hi, I live in Danville, Va. Work in Butner NC and bought my KJ in Reidsville NC. Great Jeep Dealership.
Day after I bought my KJ went on a brush fire with it and only myself and the Asst. Cheif could get our vehicles to the fire. Guess what he was driving? 8) (Jeep TJ) Wife was upset that I took the Libby off road so soon but WHAT ARE JEEPS FOR??

Hello, I live in Laurinburg, NC. Been reading on the forum for about a month and there is a lot of good stuff here. I've got a stock 05 Renegade 4x4 so far. Hopefully that will change this year.

I'm almost ready. I'll be kinda busy with wedding planning until after April, 24th. After that we're ready for mud and sand!!

Ha! Nope, I'm weird like that. I waited to find the perfect woman for me, so I want to be part of making it the perfect wedding.

Hey Dean, if I'm around the night of the meeting, I'll drop in and see what's going on.
