so I want to be part of making it the perfect wedding.

I was lucky to have a fiance, mother in law and mother who planned everything. The only thing I had to do was to cordinate the tuxedo's and get-away car (Fire Truck).

One thing to remember on Wedding Planning: enjoy the experiance. It is stressfull, but the day is something that neither one of you are going to do again.

Also, hurry up and get it done so we can go play!!!

Good advice regarding enjoying the wedding day and not stressing. I watched my sister do that and I'm determined to not let it happen to me.

I like the firetruck departure, that's cool. We're debating a '57 Chevy limo or a classic Rolls (no one has stretched a Liberty yet and I'm not getting in an H2 limo) for leaving the church. But we're leaving the reception on a yacht that we are going to stay on for the whole weekend, then it's off to St. Barths. Gotta love family connections!

As soon as we get back, we'll be available to come play in the mud!!!

What made it even cooler was that the day we got married, their was a big festival in downtown Fort Mill. When my buddy took off, he laid on the siren the entire time. When we got back from our honeymoon, I had about 20 voicemails complaining about hurting some ears. Old folks hated it, the kids loved it.
