This is also work weekend at Uwharrie. Email copied below.

--- quote ---
Welcome back, I hope everyone had a great winter break... Hopefully everyone is ready for another year of wheeling...

This coming work weekend won't be a hard one but one which can have everyone covering as little or as much ground as they like... Any trail, one trail of as many as you like, the choice is yours... The work to be done is something we are in dire need of... We will be installing trail markers (orange diamonds) on all trails as needed... Over the past few years between storms, tree cutting (dead standing or fallen), and dozer work the diamonds have grown scarce in many areas... With this in mind expect to see a few weekends this year involving replacing trail markers as needed... Again, no one trail needs it worse than any other, they all need it...

Zuwharrie has an event during the weekend and has volunteered to install some on Friday of thier event and possibly more during the weekend... NC also plans to come to the work weekend... They also have a ride the following weekend and have volunteered to help out then... Thanks to both groups for helping out...

If your group has an adopted trail and wishes to install trail markers at anytime this year, just send me an e-mail and I can make sure you have the materials to do so... (Or call the main office, let Deborah Walker know when your coming, and of your plans)

Thanks to all volunteers, we hope to see you this work weekend and this year...

So does that mean you are going for that weekend instead of this past weekend, Bill?
