| Post subject: | Beach Closing? |
I saw on the news that some beaches in Nags Head will be closing this summer. I just wanted to know if anybody knows what the rules and regulations are on this matter. I live in Va, so I dont get down there very often. My main concern is them closing Hatteras beaches, I love it out there. |

Do you mean the beaches are closed to Offroad vehicles or closed completely? The beaches have been closed to offroad vehicles for some time now. There is some sort of dispute that is ongoing about having a written policy for offroad vehicles. As far as I know Wilmington has the only beach left around here that you can drive on still...

Not sure if it is off limits to evrything or not, I caught the tail end of the news about it. I have been looking everywhere, and cant find nothing about it. |

you can still drive on bodie out at hatteras and roanoake, was out there friday |
