This is PRIVATE LAND with PERMISSION for us to use per the owner of the property An agreement has been met with the owner of Twin Arch RD. " Twin Arch Trails" open land. This land is roughly 350 acres of trails for 4 wheelin. After Jeep Dawg taking the time to meet with the owner to discuss open land rights for our L.O.S.T. NE club, there were only a few request that we would try NOT TO DO. The owner also said that he WILL NOT be responsible for any damage to YOUR vehicle. We CAN NOT HOLD HIM LIABLE FOR ANYTHING Rules are as follows 1. DO NOT make loud noise early on the weekends 2. NO camping 3. NO FIRES 4. DO NOT leave any trash behind if we do find any he has asked that we pick it up & discard it properly 5. DO NOT USE DRIVEWAY We can use most of the land for our club recreation, EXCEPT what is restricted ( see map red areas are a NO GO ).
