Dear fellow new englanders (and anyone else reading),

I'm going to order some OME med. duty springs. While I'd love to install them myself, I have neither the time, nor the tools to do so, and finding a friend of mine w/ necessary tools who would also have free time at the same time I do is almost totally out of the question.

So, with a lack of 4x4 shops in CT, where do I get this done? and second, how much would I be looking at spending. (its already 200 for the springs)

If this is going to cost a whole bunch, I'll just get a flowmaster put on for around 150. :)

either way, something is happening to this jeep!

I was just about to post a similar question....Was hoping someone would help out if I got the supplies.

By the way, how do you like the 245 Generals on a stock set up? I was thinking of picking those up next if I dont stick with the ATR's.

I like them a lot. A nice, agressive look, but is also a tire you can drive on daily w/o sacrificing too much. They fit nicely stock, but I'm sure it'll look far better with some more air under those fenders.

hopefully I'll get some picks up one of these days.

Cool....

Right now it's a toss up between the Generals or Destination AT's, General's are winning right now based solely on price alone.

The ATR 245's fit nicely but I was worried about rubbing with the Generals because I think the tread look a little more aggressive. Do you have any issues?

very minor rubbing. I see you are prelowered, so I wouldnt expect you to have any rubbing.

That's what I was thinking but I wanted to make sure. I wouldnt complain if I had to go back down to 235, but wanted to stay at 245 if possible.

I may lift eventually, who know's.
