Went to the show. 2 hrs from NYC, not bad. Very mild temp but damp. About 200 or so Jeeps - 3 Libbies incl mine! Opened up the rear hatch and left a bunch of LOST flyers in a "Take Me" holder on the AllJs shelf. Some were taken (I printed 200!). Had 2 people ask me about the Lib. One was a guy who's wife wanted one, another was a woman. Oh well. On the other hand there were quite a few people looking at it. They had some great raffles and tons of people won stuff. Wasn't bad for $10 a vehicle.
Had a buch of Military styled Jeeps. Some pics below, more on page 6 at my Cardomain link below.
Had a small rock garden about 4 car lengths long which I didn't attempt because all the rocks were slabs like broken up sidewalk but at least a foot thick and several were sticking straight up. Several really lifted Jeeps whacked thier undercarriages good. There was a guy supposedly spotting but all he did was say "Go ahead!" So no one knew what lines to use. Plus there was a guy in a Bobcat who kept arranging the rocks after about every three Jeeps as the rocks slid off the pile so it was like watch one or two Jeeps, then the Bobcat move rocks for 10 minutes then a couple more. It was really uneventful.
Also had two ramps for guys to test out thier articulation on. Some were so lifted they were able to park a wheel on the top of the ramp with three on the ground! That was impressive!
