TIME-around 12:00
MEET- jon had mentioned perkins tower
FOOD-I'm bringing dogs & buns,talked to Neatus he says he can possibly get a propane grill,not sure on that though
CELL #'S- I'll pm you mine & Neatus

I'll be picking up 2 toys 1 boy & 1 girl for the kids,gonna take me about 4hrs to get there,I'm leaving around 8, if I can find the tower I'll meet ya there,if you guy's aren't there I'll head down to the INN
I'll call you guy's when I get close

The tower is basically the highest point there. Stay on 7 lakes drive and it should take u up to the tower. (see pic above)

Just a thought.... Since it looks like only 3 of us going, Instead of lugging all the BBQ fixins, setting up, cooking, cleaning up for basically a couple burgers and hot dogs.... We could head over to Cold Spring for lunch. Nice views and they have a great pizza place, only about 10 mins from Bear Mt.
Thoughts??

That's a much better idea,just got a pm from Jon he's going to TRY to make a quick apperance but no garuntee something has come up on his end,so looks like,you (chris),me & Neatus & our signifigant others,it'll still be a great time,& we'll still meet there

Just checked my map - 7 lakes dr will NOT take you to the tower. It will take you to Perkins Dr which will take you to the tower.

my wife insists on us bringin her KJ (needs a good highway run) so I'll be driving a khaki colored KJ with JEEP across the windshield (in flames) & our logo's on the back window,I'll call someone when we get close to ya,we'll be leaving at 8so we should be there around 12

Glad I logged in today. I live in Cold Spring.

Depot got good food. It an old station turned into a restaurant.

Closer to the river is Hudson House, but it is more expensive.
