OK benny thanks!

As for the pics - I've done that - but when I click on LAUNCH SLIDESHOW absolutely nothing happens for me. I had this issue with another slideshow Adam tried to send me...wonder if it's a security setting or something...I'll play around with it, but meantime if someone could just email me some of them I'd appreciate it.
Thanks!
Sue

Hey guys! It's Mon evening & I'm finally home! (took the long way! ). Anyway, I had a great time! Thanks again for leading Adam. Everytime we got someplace tough Adam got out and said "Don't worry, Momentum is your friend!" I was laughin so hard I could hardly drive! I took a bunch of pics which are now posted on my Cardomain site (last page, 11 I think). I also have the track log which I'm gonna try and superimpose over the Google map site and post the combined pic. I'll email Sue the pics also. if anyone wants to do a write up, go ahead and send it to Sue as well.
Thanks again for comin out guys! And let's do it again.

PS - U should have seen the look on Joanne's face when u 3 guys went over that big hill at the end one by one before I did and you could see the entire rear half of the bottom of ure KJs up in the air as ure nose pitched down the hill!

Nice pics. Color is a little off; all I see is pea-soup green? Oh wait, one of those KJ's is the right color. hehehe

Seth, LOOKS GOOD without the steps. Now call Quinn and order your boulder bars so you can put them on for Chanukah. Don't forget the tranny skid while you're at it.

Sue, Looks good!
Except.... It's LIE (as in Long Island Expressway) not LEI and the location is exit 68
Also that damage was on Adam's and it was prior to the event so u may wanna remove that pic (don't want people gettin the wrong idea! )
As for the colors of the Jeeps, we had 3 Cactus and 1 Khaki show up. Everyone in the diner was doin double takes as we pulled out!

Just added the track logs if anyone is interested. Blue lines are our actual routes. Bow tie (sorta) shaped area in the middle had a couple of cool hills and a mud puddle. As you can see, the Google aerial pic is pretty accurate as our track basically corresponds to the trails in the pic. We did a total of about 3 miles of riding and there were a few places we didn't hit. This is really a great beginner area as the dirt is soft, not too many rocks with a couple of minor challenges to wet your feet on.

State Trooper pulled past us with a couple of ATVs on a trailer as we were hangin out at the exit and didn't stop or anything. Looked like he went in behind us so maybe they patrol the area once in a while. I think he woulda stopped us if he thought there was an issue with us being there.

So I went to get the under carrage cleaned today and when it come out of the car wash I realized that the step rails got pushed so far back from the other day that they were rubbing against my rear tire. The second I got home I had to take them off. (page 3 of cardomain)
My point being when I was under my car I realized that my jeep came with an OEM tranny skid. I know it's prob not the best or strongest but it should do correct?

Adam - Where did you get your rock rails? how much? and do they bolt up? Next on my list now are rock rails and a rear hitch.

PS - Adria is so into wheelin' now she comes over and goes right to the jeepjam. website trying to find the next event and how we can go. She's so funny. and she is still laughing about the water incident with my window. She still can't believe that I went to dry the car before her. LOL A man has to have his priorities.....!!!!!LOL

Seth,
That WAS very funny, your heading for the seats instead of her with that towel.

as for the skid, you do not have a tranny skid. I believe you were looking at the transfercase skid. The tranny skid is huge (about 2'x3') and bolts to the back of the engine skid and goes back 3' from there.

Go to www.boulderbars.com for their bars. It's AllJ Products. Just look at the banner ad at the top of this page; they are huge sponsors. You may as well get their tranny skid too. It's very beefy. Although the Skid Row tranny skid is not the same design and beety as well (I have it).

Get those two things first.

Then, sign up for the Poconos Jeep Jamboree and we can convoy up there! Aaron liked speaking with Adria (me too; nice gal), so he'll enjoy showing her the ropes at the Jeep Jam. It will be his 4th.

Lastly, sell your side steps on ebay and also list them here in the trading post section. You may want to straighten those brackets first to be nice.

See you on the trail.

Also see you on the LIE. I'm ordering my ARB today. Claim should be settled today.

That's awsome. I cant wait to get out there. Aaron is great he's really cute. She really enjoyed talking to him as well. When you get the ARB you better give me a call and I'll help you do the install.

Village Auto Body will be doing the install. I'm having the bumper painted to match the Khaki KJ as well, as long as it will be in the spray booth! ;-)

Let me know when you get the boulder bars and such, and I can help with that one.
