Location: Westchester,NY
Saw a blue KJ going South on the Hutchinson Rvr Pkwy today at about 5pm.

Believed it had Westin bullbar and addition fog lights and light bar.

Who was it?

Huh, I was on the Hutch about 20 min ago, but I've got a Manik guard....
