Went to Nepaug St Forest in CT to test out the new lift.

Just some teasers to get you to the album.

Sweet, did you make it up that hill as well?

I'd be down to set up a trip there. About 2.5hrs from me.

Very nice!

How did the MTRs do on those trails?

 ....No lol, the kid in the wrangler who I encountered driving there as well said my suspension wasnt maxing out but, my tires were spinning and not grabbing. But I think he just didnt know what he was talking about. It took him about 10 tries to get up that hill with his 3" Skyjacker Lift and sway bar disconnect.

Honestly Dean, its not worth it. Your only allowed to stay on the fire roads, granted we diverted and risked a ticket. The fire roads were re surfaced after the winter so If you really wanted to wheel you have to risk a ticket.

Although this kid told me of NorthEast jeeps who have a website, 60$ dues and own about 200acres of private land for jeep use in NH+Mass. Was thinking of joining to take access of their land. (Dont know if promoting is against the forum rules, if so Admin, Delete this portion)

Peter, Idk lol they weren't bad, i only aired down to 27psi because I had to drive about 7mi to the gas station to re-air afterwards. So I cant give a proper response until I run them properly.

Just makes me want a beasty XJ which can own every trail, or just a locker

Nice pics. Those MTRs looks great with your lift. I know what you mean about getting the locker. would really help with those loose surfaced hills. I still would like to check out Nepaug someday.
Good :JEEPIN: Andrew...
