You should grease them before installing. Then check on them every once in a while to make sure they are properly lubricated.
You also need to cut a notch in the bumpstops to protect the zerk fitting.

SOOOooo I now have a metal on metal noise from a rotating part on the jeep. give it a listen, gotta be CVs or bearings.

What do you guys think?

Almost sounds like when my passenger-side CV and intermediate shaft went out shortly after replacing my a-arms. But mine only made noise when driving less than 10 mph and was a lower pitch than heard in your video. :?

I don't really know what that sound is, but it is similar to the sound mine made when the CV and intermediate shaft needed replacement. I'm no expert, so it could very well be something else.

what the what? I can't belive your luck! Sorry to hear that happened, based on what I've read it sounds like you got a good upgrade. Good luck with the new sounds, from the clip you posted it sounded like a swing set so clearly I'm not the guy to solve that one.
