woohooo! a-arms arrive this week!

Soo I was looking at the chart and noticed that sat the 9th and sun the 10th 4 of us can make it but Brian can't. So hows that going to work? Maybe he can leave the keys to the KK and the house some where so by the time he gets home we'll have the sliders installed and the house burnt down :ROTFL:

Does anyone know the side of the extensions for the bolts on the UCAs? I know we still have 2 weeks but I just want to find out if you guys have them.

If not I'll just have to stop by Johns place throw his garage upside and still the ones he used to get the bolts outs.

LI_KJ wrote:
Peter-I remember that drivers side bolt for the UCA being TOUGH :furious: better bring in the big guns to break that one free.

Yea I remember Jeff I was actually the one that broke the drives side lose on Johns KK and man was it a mother..
Anyways I'll be drowning every thing on friday and saturday with this! On yea PB and J baby! :ROTFL:

And we should get a list going of things that we are planning on doing and maybe break it down into teams to try and get everything done. I would just like to organize to get as much as possible done in that day.

Just a thought :JEEPIN:

I would like to get my rear diff cover installed, but we can see what needs to be done and all with the BBQ and all.
Maybe we should also get a list of the supplies we need. Brian, you got a grill? or should we get one of those mamas!
I like the brownies! and some beverages of the adult kind always make things more pleasant....
LOOKING forward to it! :pepper:

Hey guys, I'm still not sure if I'm working that day or not. If I'm free, you can bet your booty I will be there.

So, I went to Montauk, for the Fourth. Great Time, I highly recommend it.

On the drive back, about ten miles into the trip, (my buddy was driving) he couldn't get it back into gear.
So, at every stoplight, we had to get out, push the truck up to speed for him to drop it into gear.

I dropped it off at the shop. They're telling me it is the clutch and a leak in the hydraulics for the clutch.
They're dropping the whole transmission tomorrow to investigate further.. Doesn't look too good.

:pepper:
(I have to stay positive)

I just don't know how you could have ruined another clutch so quickly :ROTFL: Good luck, let us know what they say.

I'm good pretty much all Sundays but Saturdays have been kind of tight.

i have a good amount of tools, lots of ratchets, 2 drills, i have a jack and 4 stands. and if we need anything that breaks i have a sears thats literally around the block, im just going to need one of the 2 90 degree angle drill bits that you guys have and if John could bring his tuner for the CB that would be awesome.

I have a pretty legit grill i'll wheel out front that day, i'll get some burgers and dogs and i always have beers on hand, have a king kullen right around the block as well if we need more stuff

I don't think Andrew will be doing his sliders. see here.

If John and Jeff are able to bring their 90°drill attachments we may be able to bang you out in an hour with a team on each side of course.

Just checked doodle and DAM 10 people coming?!?!? There's going to be a lot of beer consumption! :5SHOTS:
