Thanks for having us all over!

Also thanks for the help drilling/setting up my recovery points, bit more trimming and re-fitting and they'll be 100%

It was great to meet everyone and well worth the drive through traffic.

Looking forward to getting out on some runs with everyone

-Jay

PS
I think i left my Oakley sunglasses on the workbench next to the vice (I'll clean out the KJ tomorrow and look there just be sure however)

Ended up having about an hour left of sunlight after getting home. Traffic sucked, which is why I hate LI lol. Got a can of the Rustoleum Bed liner and gave them a coat. Wow the difference was incredible. They looked horrible in a gloss finish, let alone streaks of bare metal showing thanks to the bottom of my Burton board  . Flat black rails look sick, John I already keep hitting my leg on the rails haha.

Great time yesterday everyone! The BBQ and wrenching on our Jeeps was a great combo with a bunch of other LOST crazies. We wrenched from 9:30 to nearly 10 at night!
Jmark, was good to meet ya despite the trek from Jerz and getting in late. If you were a little earlier I am sure we could have helped to button up your KJ the right way! That steel drilling left a nice blister on my thumb, but all worth it in the end to see some sick Libbys and a Rubi.
Rachel, love the new toy, and it is going to look sick with all the mods you have planned. Wish someone grabbed a pic of the erotic sanding, too funny!
Brians neighbors are going to be wondering who moved in with all the Jeeps kicking around yesterday and the drilling, grinding, air ratcheting, and sanding till the late nite.
We got a lot done, but of course there is always more! Looking forward to the next wrench fest. (I wish I had a proper driveway to throw one!) But for now I guess I can rely on our suburban members to lend a driveway when in need. Thanks again Brian and Kelly for hosting all the grease monkeys. Cheers!
time to get out and go :JEEPIN:
Jeff

I need a place with a big driveway and a garage, then you guys could swing to my place....

Nice getting out to LI and all, but getting home last night SUCKED, Southern was jammed, Northern was jammed and so was the LIE... got back to NJ around midnight.

I love and miss LI, but i do have to say the traffic in NJ is quite a bit easier.

Or as Kelly and my wife described it Lost = Match.com for straight guys which would make the M & G straight man speed dating :ROTFL: Either way thanks for the hospitality! Too bad Jackie couldn't make it, but you know dean and his endless jeep issues :jester:

BTW Dean, did the new battery solve the problem? Ever get it back to the shop? You should rip them a new one for half-@ssing the job after you paid so much! It's so hard to find a good shop!!

Awesome time as always people.
I wish my truck/luck was more dependable, maybe I would have arrived at a reasonable hour, and I wish I didn't have to work, but it looks like it was a very productive day nonetheless.

I also wish I could have done more work, and not only on the beers, lol.

Brian (and Kelly) thanks for the hospitality, I'm sure your neighbors think you are great. Good luck trying to convince them otherwise, lol.

Haha, I have ISSUES. (So True.)
So far the battery is doing fine. All my ESP/Traction lights came back on though, I do believe that has nothing to do with anything else. I got lazy and haven't brought it to them. We'll see If I ever get there.
