Irene got me to look here and then I remembered our Tower of Power Image annual gathering.

So lets get started. What is the best day for you guys? Last year we met on Oct 17th, which was about perfect for this area autumn colors. The wet summer seem to have pushed back the deep color so far.

[STRIKE]Oct 22nd/23rd[/STRIKE], [ST]Oct 29th/30th[/ST], or Nov 5th or [S]Nov 12th/13th[/S].

I like early to mid October. The weather is cool and refreshing. So far, I remember only one rainy meet.

I would like to go, but I'm pretty sure I'm busy every weekend of October.

Thank you Drew for starting this. It has been rough on us since the hurricane. I know you guys got a ton of water in cold spring.

To all here that is new, Chris (Catcher123) started this a few years ago and I kinda took it over about 4 years ago. These last few weeks have been so hard on me with the hurricane and all the after rains. My house has been flooded 4 times since the hurricane.
At this moment I am not too sure what my weekends are going to be like untill We get our lives back in order. If anything JEEPZILLA family will be last moment show up.

For a while there I was living on an island. But except for a ten hour power outage, I wasn't hit hard by Irene.

Like always, any weekend day is fine with me. But the autumn colors here are in mid-October.

thats good to hear drew. I got flooded twice in 1 week for that hurricane.
It seems to me that there is not much of a gathering for TFT this year. Usally it is loaded with guys from the N-E

where the hell is everyone this year?

Actually, Joanne keeps reminding me.
I'm in the middle of a security clearance check so I've been pretty busy....
Anyway, the only weekend we CAN'T go is Oct 14-16 - ComicCon (I won tickets) on Saturday and something or other upstate she wants to do on the Sunday.

No knocks please. I picked up another getting old aliment - constipation. Been battling it for the last few weeks and I'm generally not in the mood for company.

Constipation is supposed to be a common ailment among those putting on the years. Well I now know why old folks are often considered grouchy. This ailment is just plain terrible.

No date yet. The replies this year are almost non-existing.

I also got to see if the bar is my toy drop-off this year. That seems to move every year too.

Where exactly is this? And depending on where it is, and when I'll let you know if I can attend. I can't really say a date since my schedule is always changing and I've been busy lately.

Early November is doable for me. Usually you guys head up to the Perkins Memorial Tower on Bear Mountain?
