Another one bites the dust...
Anyone installed one of these puppies? I ripped most of the door apart but I can get the thing to work. I think something else might be busted so I ordered a new regulator and motor. Old motor seemed in good working order, maybe the cable is fooocacked!

Ohhhhh snap! That ain't cool!
I had both front windows replaced under warranty at about 12k miles.
My driver rear was also replaced under warranty at about 65k(?).

I love me my Shea Stadium Junkyards.
I had them fix a regulator for a Buick a couple years back, 30$.
Every time I need a new glass (not a windshield), it hasn't been more than 50$.

I was there last week, because they broke into my sister's car. They took... ... nothing.

Let me know!

Our main office is right near there, but other than driving through occasionally, I never go there. I guess I just don't have the stomach for the BladeRunner vibe going on in there. Is there a particular shop you trust?

Haha, I hear you. I wouldn't send my sister or my mother there.

I actually don't have a particular shop that I use. I use whoever can give me the cheapest price. Growing up in the area, I know many people that frequent those streets. If you have a brand new Mercedes, I wouldn't go there. The cars I have taken there are all at least 5+ years old. When you want something done quick, including weekends, and relatively cheap, I'd say go for it. Just dont take the first price. This is where your bargaining skills come in. BE CHEAP, even if you have the money. This isn't a "you get what you pay for situation." ALWAYS low-ball them, and be firm. When they walk away, go to the next person.

The new window I had to replace, I was in and out in about thirty minutes, quite convenient when pressed for time.

Maybe I like this place because my dad was cheap, lol.

That place is such a brown stinkies hole and i love it. I used to go there all the time for rims and window replacement. Every civic you see in NY/NJ with the paint peeling of the cracked fiberglass bodykit was painted on those dirt roads. For me its strictly parts only...and the occasional corn with chile powder from the mexican lady walking around.

Believe it or not, I had lunch at a diner in there and was entertained by a live chicken they had walking around the dining area.
