This idea seems to be taking off across the nation.

The above sticker goes on the vehicle driver's side rear window and if you're in an accident, the first emergency personnel to arrive know where to find you health info.

This all started in Connecticut. Ove twenty states have a program in place. But local communities are doing it, but I'm having a hard time finding one around here.

where do they find your info? Do you write it on the sticker?

The sticker is only part of a kit. Each area seems to be a little different in what's in a kit.
