So since I've been having lots of time on my hands I've been going out to Demo.

Well today i was out fished and picked up a nice sized skeet. Gave an interesting fight. More like trying to reel in a HIGH rug and thats what I seriously thought it was.

Image

I personally dont like em but my dad loves these things! So I decided to to throw it in the cooler. I had to bash the sucker in the head with my trusty BFM because the turd wouldn't die! 2 wacks and well, you know the rest :dead:

I also hooked a striper while I was out there. But it wasn't a keeper and there were 2 LIBBA members around so even if I wanted to keep him they would probably get on my case. It was funny actually, they were about to leave when they saw me hook the little turd. When I had him out of the water they were like oh its a short so I measured him up to 22 iches :jester:. Funny they were about to leave and all of the sudden they take their rods off the trucks and start fishing. Sad thing is that I didn't get a chance to take a picture of the striper, Oh well, I'll be out there again tomorrow!

tight lines!

From when you air down to the beach will get you sea sick. Its full of little bumps/up and downs and its focking annoying as doo doo. Thats what happens when peeps don't air down. Also coming from the road and turning into the beach the sand there tends to get very soft. I did notice a difference from when I aired down to 15psi (usually run 18psi)

Yeah when we went out on Demo the place was pretty washboarded out to the main beach. There was a guy checking permit numbers and for the proper gear the last time we went down on a Sunday. Even inquires about a toilet and fishing gear for everyone in the vehicle. When I was airing down some woman in a ZJ shouts to me that a lot of people were stuck all over the access road. When we got to the beach we had no idea what she was hollering about as no one was stuck, just a bunch of dudes fishing the bay side?! On the way back after the soft sand right before the road, I went to take it out of 4lo into 4wd, the shift lever went right to 2wd and it was free floating. Snapped the shift cable linkage at the plastic bushing! Luckily it was stuck in 2wd so I cruised through the last 200 feet of sand to the road. Dealership threw me a solid and fixed it up for price of deductible on what's left of my warranty. Anyway. Nice skate Peter. Need to get back out there when I get some free time!!!

well went fishing today and didn't catch crap. that was a little disappointing :?. So I decided to pack up all ma doo doo and take a drive out to the point and see what was happening there. On the way back I happened to come across a range rover and you guess it, buried in the sand lol. The guy was digging him self out, no, no lacross stick this time but with his hands lol. So I asked him if he needed a tug. what to you guys think the answer was :ROTFL:. I asked him if he had a strap and he said yes so gets out a ratchet strap :dizzy: .. I told him that it wouldn't work and got my trusty snatch strap out. Oh and guess what, he didn't air down. Sound familiar? I aired him down, snatched him out, and aired him back up. Gave me some beer and bait money  . Here are the pictures.

On the right hand side where the lady is there was someone else stuck. Another guy helped them out.

slain-ed 30 blues out at smith point today with Marco. Our arms got so tired of reeling them in we had to take cigarette breaks :ROTFL: .

Looked around for the LI KJ license plate but he was no where to be found

forgot to add: that was only in the 1 1/2 hours we were there

Had a surprise day off and got out on Demo with VMKJCRD. The first two spots we got bunked out on, but did get to see a seal swimming through the inlet. On the way out we decided to try one more time, and came up with a few blues. It was really awesome to finally catch something sizeable, and they give a nice fight too!
Some pixxx.
