Sad to announce that JEEPZILLA has suffered a fatal heat attack. It has broke its engine block this morning and then went into a stroke that followed by a massive heart attack.

My Liberty is a year younger and is very lazy. As it only has 26k miles on it.

A tank of gas will last two months for me.

I'm the 'not so little old man from Cold Spring'.

I didn't realize it at the time, but with my mother passing, it turned out that most of my driving involve her in one way or the other.

And then my fellow model train buddy died late last year and that cut out all the driving I did for my hobby.

And now with Skype, I don't need to drive to my relatives in order to see 'em.

Add up all those subtractions and I'm down to less then a 1k a year for driving.

rebuild is too much. my whole engine is shot. block cracked, pistons are shot from steam and cyc walls are sacred. rebuilt engine cost from 2500 to 4g's and every mechanic said not to do it. this engine is garbage.
