Hey guys been a while for me, few questions for ya: 1) The cord that hangs down on the passenger side which from what I have gathered is the engine block heater correct? 2) If it is in fact the engine block heater; what does it do, when should it be used, and is there any benefit? 3) Is it possible to plug say a radio into that plug when the car is running and power it that way? Thanks in advance. Andrew |

if it is for the block heater, you can follow it to where it plugs in to the the heater in the block. it is normally used when temps are below freezing. it warms the coolant in your block, thus warming the entire entire engine. making it easier to start in sub zero temps allowing for less warm up time, and getting heat from your heater/defroster quicker to clear your windows. hope this helps |

Dont think it supplies power like a battery would. You need to plug it in to SUPPLY heat to the engine instead.

It should be on the drivers side of the engine. Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 2 |
