Just reaching out to see if anyone knows of anything out there... technically I've been in telecommunications for about 11 years... But I'm open to anything. I'm a jack of all trades but a master of none! My fiancé is 6 weeks pregnant, and I was laid off after New Years. If anyone knows of anything please let me know! |

are you on Linkedin? join - write it up like a Resume - pick your best ex-boss and write them a recommendation (add other recommendations as you can) put in a profession type head shot photo. Headhunters search constantly - try to get all the buzz words for your job. however it's just a start - let's you contact folks you knew - and remind them - 80% of all new jobs come from someone inside the company recommending you Good Luck |

Just got home from a face to face interview with the NY manager of operations for one of the giants! I have a second interview tomorrow with two of his senior techs... If they like me I'm in! Thanks for the info ATXKJ... I heard about LinkedIn... Just never realized what it actually was... I've been in Telecom since I'm 19 years old(34 this year)... So there are a TON of people to connect with! I quickly found a ton of old cohorts... Which led me to my interview today!!! Thank u again!!! |
