I've got it! a great idea for a t-shirt / logo / sticker came to me this morning...

a Jeep Compass with L.O.S.T. in the middle....and the needle blatently pointing to the North East!

(and by jeep compass, I don't mean this)

I think the compass is a cool concept.

Oh and I think the shirt idea is good too.

Here's an idea of what I mean. I drew this up in inkscape so it's scaleable, it needs to have a lot more detail added of course (but simple is better for things like shirts)

suggestions for improvements/changes welcome. I'm no graphic designer and I'm just plodding along guessing how to use Inkscape, so it's very MSPaint-looking at the moment :-P

Ignore my reply to your other post Se7enLC - I LOVE the idea of the compass on the left chest and the regular club logo on the back!

One thing though - the "S" is backwards :)

I was fooling around with that CafePress thing for my Counter Strike clan - so I put this up to see how it would look. That compass would look AWESOME on the front left chest - just need the decal graphic to be bigger and without the grey border.

Like I said - I put it up just to see what it would look like - it's not really for sale.

PS - I wouldn't mind setting up a LOST NE Cafepress page if you all wanted me to. Just say the word!

Yeah, I wasn't sure about that. I had it right-side-up initially, and then turned it around to match the way the E and W are (bottom towards the center of the compass), but I'm not sure if we want to keep it like that. I'm going to try to find some photos of actual compasses to see how they do it.

And yeah, don't actually buy that shirt! I do like how it looks, but I can see that it needs a lot of work still before it's a finished product
