Just dropped my jeep off for an oil change at Grava in Medford, MA. I don't expect any problems with it being lifted, since it's paid service. The "oil change" says that it includes front and rear suspension inspection, though, so maybe they will let me know if they find something strange :-P There's no way they won't notice it, though, the struts are bright yellow, the rear shocks are red + white, and there's a huge frankenstein sticker on the back window :-)

I did see a fairly huge lifted wrangler parked across the street, maybe parked there for service?

In other news, I think I need a new air filter, it looked pretty filthy when we took out the airbox for lifting. Do the washable K&Ns really live up to all the hype?

allllright, just got a call from them telling me they are done. They didn't even mention the lift. I guess that answers that - they don't care!

I guess it all depends on where you go.
A friend of mine brought his in a wile ago and they did say due to his lift that it was causing problems and they did dnot want to do a maint on the kj at all.

Well where he went, the people there are pretty nasty.

Jeff don't waste your money on the K & N I had it in both mine & didn't like the way it performed at all plus there's a thread around here stating it could cause engine damage, although I've put one in every vehicle I've had & it performed very well but with the KJ it was way differant so I went back to stock

Good to know about Grava. Thanks Jeff. Let me know if you have any troubles in the future with the lift and service.
