We try to hit Lake Harmony, PA (Pocono racetrack area) for fireworks and a beach BBQ (they charge like $10 or $12 a head but it's a ritzy place so sometimes they don't even collect!) but they never seem to have them on the 4th itself :? and they never have a sched of when they actually ARE having them! So if I have the days off I just drive over and take a shot.
Maybe move this to the NE board.

Boston fireworks on the Charles, of course. Music by the Boston Pops. "America's Biggest Independence Day Party" they say.

Oh, I dunno about that...

The boston fireworks are a really impressive show. They synchronize the show to music broadcast on the radio, so if you tune in while watching it's like a giant laser light show. It's pretty great, plus the city gets an extra 400,000 people for the day that all want to leave on the T right after the f-works.
