Hey I live in AZ but I'm planning on a trip up to NorCal after I graduate. Do you guys know of any good wheeling in the area of Point Arena, Fort Bragg, Irish Beach, etc? Just wondering if theres any chance of doing that while I'm there.

So, when do you graduate?

In the Fort Bragg area is the Lost Coast. Not a tough trail but a beautiful one anyhow. Near Ukiah is Cow Mountain, an OHV area with great trails. Over int he Mendocino NF are tons of trails; in the winter it'll be snowed in and on.

I'm not actually going until next June. I'm just doing a little research and seeing if I should even get my hopes up. I've been there before and know how beautiful it is up there, but I thought it would be even better in the Jeep offroad. There's a house we rent up there that is right on Highway 1 and right between Point Arena and Fort Bragg.

An awesome part of the country. You should send away for forest service maps and such. Also we'll be able to get together and do some bouncing around together.

Do you know where I can find info on the Lost Coast Trail? I'm kinda curious to see what it's like. Pictures, coordinates, or references would be awesome. Google isn't finding anything for me.

Ok. So Lost Coast is the name for that region of the state and not a specific trail then?
