Thinking of another assault on Strawberry Pass. See last year's run at http://lostkjnorcal.com/Strawberry06/St ... Pass06.htm

Sounds great -- however, I don't have bolder bars on yet, no lift and stock tires. Can my rig make Strawberry Pass, maybe with a little help? I did fine on McKinney creek (East end of Rubicon).

Nope. You'd need full armor. Lift helps but optional.

Open to suggestions though.

I'm going to ink this date in pencil. Think I can make it. Will probably then camp on the Hwy 88 side afterwards.

I will keep this date penciled in also. However as a newbie, I don't know trails to recommend. If you folks decide to head for a trail that I can tackle prior to installing boulder bars (I do have full skids) please post.

I can't make it guys. KJ problems. Nothing serious just don't think it is reliable for this weekend. And the TJ needs a milk run to Cow Mountain before any real stuff.

Going for mid July instead.

If someone who's gone before and knows the trail still wants to go, I'm still up for it.
