Nov 18th at 8:30 works for me. If people do want to meet earlier in Fresno that works too.

Mucky looks like he's having fun! When does it usually start to snow up there? Around Thanksgiving or so?

I'll watch this, but my vehicle may be in the shop for welding, 11/14 on. Cresting a bridge in LA, I took on a 40 lb steel bar on the roadway that bounced off the superskid but shreaded the left rear control arm bracket. Unibody welding at Jeff Arabia's Jeep Overkill, Campbell, CA.

Well like I said it snowed up there purty good way back in September but usually Thanksgiving on is open season...this year though who the hell knows our weather has been screwy here in the valley. Its still reaching 80degress + everyday and by this time of the year it usually cools WAYYY down...we might as well just meet in Fresno earlier and caravan on up that way...maybe grab us some food before we go at one of our fine Denny's locations

Cool, I've only been up there one winter but missed a lot of it. Saw some snow in Jan up in Yosemite but it really wasn't bad. Had more snow when I visited my family in NM.

Have no problem meeting at a Denny's and driving out from there. Do you have one in mind? If not I can probably find one near the highway we need to take.

If I had my lift on and had received my RL sliders I would be in -- hope to be ready by spring so keep the Norcal alive!

Ed, you can do this run stock, just be warned that damage may or may not happen. Most of the "tougher" stuff can easily be avoided. Why dont you come along anyhow? Besides you can ride shotgun with me or someone else if you wanna do the trail but dont wanna take the KJ through it...

I agree, Ed come on out even if you don't end up driving. No one will mind giving you a ride through the trails.
